In the case of an item being delivered with a security tag still intact, please DO NOT attempt to remove the security yourself. Gameday Detroit will not be liable for any damage caused from attempting to remove any security tags and will consider the item non-refundable.
If you receive item(s) that have been damaged in transit, defective out of the box or an incorrect item, save the shipping carton and start a RETURN REQUEST or contact us at (248) 548-4775, within 5 business days of delivery receipt.
- Customer Service will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- If a refund is request, it will be issued to the customer’s credit card for the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs when items are received at the Gameday Detroit Returns Center.
- For customers that request a replacement for an incorrect item, failure to return the item will be billed to the customers account from the original purchase was made.
- Damaged items must be mailed back and inspected before mailing a replacement.
