Return Policy
Customers may return qualifying online orders within 30 days from your item's ship date.
Returns must be in original condition, free from any odors/perfumes, free of pet hair, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
Refunds are returned to the original form of payment or store credit.
Item's marked as clearance or sale without a promo code are final sale, and cannot be returned for any reason.
If your order was shipped within the United States, follow the instructions to submit a Return Request.
Important Return Information
- Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
- We will provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States. For use of this label, we'll deduct $9.99 from the credit amount you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs.
- If the item being returned is our fault, we'll cover the $9.99 label fee.
- Return Requests need to be made within our 30 day return policy and must be postmarked within 35 days of the order ship date.
- Returns will be cancelled if the product hasn't been postmarked within 35 days after the order ship date.
- If the return is postmarked after 35 days of the orders ship date, we will not be able to accept your return and a refund will not be credited to your account.
- Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return.
- Hot market and dated item's (I.E. Winter Classic, Super Bowl, World Series, Post Season, Holidays, etc...) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Store Credit Option
You may also choose the store credit option. Item's returned by this method will be waived of the $10.00 label fee.
- Store Credit will be applied to the account associated with the original billing email address that the order was placed from. If the item was a gift, please follow the Gift Return instructions.
- Once your request for Store Credit has been submitted, you will not be able to cancel this request and you will not be able to request a refund instead.
- Store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
